Reservation and Payment Policies

Reservations for the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise can only be made online. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards only, and the credit card used must belong to one of the participants in the booking. Ensure you complete your payment during the online reservation process to secure your spot.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the cruise will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the cruise are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by Istanbul Dinner Cruises, a full refund will be issued.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point. If you are scheduled for a hotel pickup, please be ready in the hotel lobby at the time specified in your confirmation. Ensure you have your booking confirmation and valid identification ready upon arrival.

Weather and Cruise Conditions

The dinner cruise operates exclusively at night, starting at 8:00 PM. As a result, sunset views or daylight scenes are not possible. The cruise runs regardless of weather conditions, but in the event of severe weather, it may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons. Guests will be notified promptly of any changes.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please adhere to all safety instructions provided by our crew. We maintain strict hygiene protocols and encourage guests to follow health guidelines during the cruise.
